1. Data controller
Zenithauramx S.C., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, is the controller of the personal data collected through zenithauramx.com, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
2. Personal data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our informational newsletter: full name and email address. We do not request sensitive, financial, or asset-related information.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data will be used to send you the Zenithauramx editorial newsletter, communications related to new analyses, and, where applicable, voluntary surveys to improve the quality of our content. We will not commercialise your data nor transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Transfers
We do not transfer personal data to third parties other than the technology providers strictly necessary for the delivery of the newsletter, which operate under processing agreements that guarantee the confidentiality and security of the information, in accordance with article 36 of the LFPDPPP.
5. ARCO rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke the consent granted, by writing to privacidad@zenithauramx.com. We will respond to your request within no more than 20 business days.
6. Security measures
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorised use, in line with the recommendations of INAI.
7. Amendments to this notice
Any modification to this Privacy Policy will be published on this same page, with the corresponding update date. We suggest reviewing it periodically.
